We are a boutique Pilates & Barre studio located on Rose Street, just off of Jetty Road Glenelg. Our mission is to help you improve with each session, assisting you in reaching your personal goals. Each instructor places a very high value on their relationships with each individual client, while our intentionally small class sizes allow our instructors to focus more of their expert knowledge and time on you.
